Thank you for posting this clip. Forget tearing up, this scene had me crying like a baby. This is one of my favorite movies of all time. My wife has never seen it. I'm sure she'll enjoy it due to the fact that we are in a mixed marriage.

I saw it in the theater when I was maybe 5. Memorized pretty much every song but can't remember much of the movie. Might have to buy it and watch it again. ND was rockin back then.

I lost my Grandmother and my Mother last year and no longer have a Synagogue to attend. This video really helped to at least give me some comfort during this hard time. I love this video and all the music with it. La Shana Tova

He lost his father and his happiness for a period of time over the petty notion of submission and obedience to an archaic, anachronistic, obsolete belief system more intent on controlling how you derive pleasure rather than allowing you the freedom of your own pursuit of happiness, casting you aside if you dare to disobey.
