hi i bought the sony cyber shot h55 like u an when i import them to windows movie maker it jus has sound an u cant see the video it has a red X on it people r saying that the sony cybershot makes the video in a mp4 format an windows dont suport it so how do u do it?? have u had this problem i dont want to download a conveter software i jus need to know how everyone else is making vids on youtube with there sonycybershot an i cant plz help
