Over the last 20 years, neuroscience research has fundamentally changed our understanding of decision making.

Lehrer, a critically acclaimed science writer and the popular blogger behind "The Frontal Cortex," explains what the latest in cutting-edge research can tell us about how our minds work. How do we make decisions? And how can we make decisions...better?

Don't use god's name in vain, and don't objectify god.

You claim to believe in god but you degrade him.

You're blasphemous attitude won't be tolerated, never speak ill of god, now begone shitface.

He is moving to explain how , in addition to rational appraisal of a situation, decisions are "driven by emotions and instincts." "Driven by emotion" requires that he knows precisely what emotion is and he appears, so far, (as does Damasio) not to have a clear understanding . Difficulty in deciding for Damasio's patient was due to a breakdown in the signalling system via the amygdala causing inability to recognise perceptions as presenting danger benefit or lack of significance to him..

all decisions are made for you , no government or world leader has any power on earth , theres no such thing as society so if you do as your governents tell you its because your angels are telling you too do so pay your taxes and so on , we are all powerless god and the angels are in complete controle over all human life and they decide everything for us , they even orchestrated the seminar that the man in this video is talking for

WE DONT DECIDE , we have little free will, we are controlled by angels in heaven who govern our lives on earth we are mere puppets , which I say respectfully , those angels give us our inspiration and our desires and controle our feelings they even choose our partners for us which we say we love because we are made t feel that we love them which explains why people fall out of love because the feelings are withdrawn by these angels because the karma has come to an end

Jonah is a scumbag. He's disrespected the profession that brought him fame and fortune. He's a fraud.

amazingdany, I stumbled on to the last video and realized that people were making comments about this fellow who, honestly I hadn't heard of before now, and in two videos, back to back that came across, here you are making similar moronic statements.
