How to: NEUTRAL EYE for COLORFUL SPRING CLOTHING

I LOVE Bright CLOTHING and BRIGHT makeup.. but sometimes you have to sacrifice ONE for the OTHER!! In this case a sacrificed the makeup.. a NICE NEUTRAL eye and face GOES GREAT with color blocking!! I used my BH Cosmetics Palette to keep it simple and inexpensive!!

can u suggest a good eye primer for darker skin? this is a huge problem for me..i'm indian and my skin is like rihannas skin color..i'm color bronze for estee lauder double wear foundation..and eye primers i've tried are mac painterley paint pot and urban decary primer potition..there very lighttttt and for white skin its great..but coz my skin is a dark brown even tho i'm then puttin a neutral brown over it..the primer underneath shows through abit and makes my eye lids look ashy..
