Yes, I should have been more specific. The stuff is called Concrobium and it works really well. I buy mine from Home Hardware.

Great Video

Here I was going to cut out the square where the Mold was at the source, as I thought that was the proper and only way to do this.

But I still need to install a Fan anyways but I can get rid of the mold for now.

Excellent and helpful! If there is drywall tape lifting away from the ceiling is it important to scrape down, remove old and reapply new tape or can I add a little adhesive under the lifting edge and press it down? Thanks!
