This is from a notorious spam documentary: they interviewed Aldrin, then spliced the footage together to make it look as though he was describing a UFO encounter. After the documentary came out he condemned it.

The bible does not exclude life outside earth. That is just one hypotheses, one of many interpretations which people do.
After all, the Holy Bible describes Angels and demons who are other forms of intellectual life, inside and outside earth. Why exclude any other form of intellectual life? Although, these other forms of life (if they exist) have to prove that they are not of satan.
