I would never, never buy a rechargeable device that doesn't have a way to change out the battery. You want to send your phone to Apple every time your phone needs a new battery? How about if you're on an extended stay away from a charger and want to pop in a fresh fully charged battery? Ridiculous product engineering. The iPad has the same problem.

Use a sucker on the front screen after taking out the two little screws. Safer and easier than that stupid tool you're using!! Once the sucker is on, just pull upwards carefully!!
