i believe its in open f. tune to open e capo 1st fret or you can tune to open if if you like

however its spelt, doesn't change the fact that while being one of my favorite bands of all time, played a lot of folk and american delta blues songs, and pawned it off as their own, thats all. Cheerio you fucking ass bag.
some people have told me open G, open C and now its open E. LOL if only i could ask MR. page. ha

I play it using the open E tuning that LesPaulCustom79 provided below. I loosly base the way I play it from tab I had in a Led Zeppelin III book. I'll see if I can find you the ISBN. I fill in the blanks where the book left out. I know I don't play it exactly how he does (especially since I don't even use the same tuning JP did) or nearly as well (which people seem to love to point out) but I play it as best I can. Thanks to everyone who writes complimentary or constructive comments.
