"A Change Of Heart" A Joe Jonas Love Story Season 2 Chapter 9

I know its been forever since I uploaded this!!! Please forgive me...

Dee's POV
"Are you serious?" she asked kinda shocked
"I... I think so" I sat back down frowning.
"Dee this is good news, why arent you happy?" she asked as she took my hand in hers kneeling before me.
"Cause I cant do this on my own! I mean this has happened at the worst time" I admitted
She looked confused youre not alone, you have Joe
"But for how long" I cried What if he doesnt get that operation? What if he misses out on his one chance to be a dad I whispered, not able to find my voice at the thought of having this baby without him.
"Danielle Julie Jonas you listen to me, I dont want you thinking like that, Joe will be a daddy. Derrick will make sure Joe is here to see his baby being born, I promise she pulled me into a tight hug and your baby is going to have the most amazing aunts and uncles any kid could ask for, no matter what happens you will not be alone, ok?" I knew she meant it, and sure enough the pregnancy test we got an hour later confirmed that I was indeed pregnant. Demi and I spent the rest of the day in mine and Joes bedroom discussing how I was going to break the news to Joe.
I was practicing in front of the mirror when it happened.
"Joey...Im pregnant!!... No... Hey Joe youre going to be a dad...no...Joe I have something to tell you... Im"
"Pregnant" Joe finished my sentence, I turned around and he was standing at the door with a mixture on his face, I couldnt make them out.
"Are you mad?" I asked "I know we didnt plan this a-and with everything thats going on it really isnt the best time and..." my rambling was cut by his lips making contact with mine.
I totally melted into that kiss, when he pulled away his smile said it all. "Im going to be a dad" he breathed as he put his forehead against mine.
"So youre not mad" I whispered
"Im so far from mad...I love you" he said as he kissed me again.
"I love you too Joe"
The next few weeks were peaceful; Joe and I were picking out names, and discussing how we were going to tell our families. We were so happy, but all that came to an end one Friday morning.
I was just after getting back from my morning jog, I noticed Joe wasnt up so I decided to go and check on him, I made my way up the stairs and heard the shower running.
"Joe" I called out, but got no answer. That was strange he always sings in the shower. When I walked into the bedroom I saw him. He was on the ground still in his bed clothes... his eyes were closed and his lips were blue. I felt like I had been hit by a truck, my heart felt like it had exploded with the impact.
"JOE..." I screamed...
Poor Dee!!!! Poor Joe...
