I found the mechanism of the bowflex to suck. I saw it all messed up in a store and it wasn't working. The weights were tangled somehow.

@goose1077 Hey goose 1077! Thanks for the comment! I had them for two years, used on a regular basis a few times a week with no maintenance and had no problems, but I've seen ones in stores which are also very rigid.. might be because they are never used. Happy lifting! :) DD

whaat? why are yours in kg's?? i find the bowflex grips to be a piss off, i have tiny hand and find them hard to hold when my fingers get tired. also, the rubber grip makes things MUCH worse once your hands start to sweat.
