the thing about the protests is that they demonstrate that violence is consistently coming from the Israeli side & they make it much easier for people outside Palestine & Israel to see injustice and take action, like joining the BDS Movement. So a Gandhi-like figure buy his or herself is powerless but as part of a global movement a lot can be achieved.. The movement in South Africa took more that 30 years to end apartheid. BDS for Palestine is growing faster now than it ever did in SA.

, Please watch "Israeli's shoot blindfolded man". It is this man's brother, shot by IDF, CAUGHT ON TAPE!! His name is Asraf Abu Rahma. The courts refused to prosecute the soldier who shot him, but thanks to the help of pro-peace movement, the courts are reopening the case, or so they claim. His brother was lucky though, he did survive. But please just watch and see what they did to him. I hate what Israel is doing. And no more comments from those saying these clips are fake..
