A great TRX complex combining 4 movements: knee dominant, horizontal push, hip dominant, horizontal pull. Do 10 reps of each exercise w/o stopping. I did ladder runs in between complexes. Start w/ 400 meter warm up run then hit the complex. Ladder looks like this:
