How much corn mix did you use? Also for the glaze, is there a way you can suggest sweetening it without finishing with the cinnamon sugar?

corn mix means a premade corn meal mixutre. For example, Jiffy sells corn mixes at the store. They are in a blue box. this mixture makes great corn bread.

I used a 15oz can of Bruce's yams. I also used 2 tbls of white sugar. Thanks for the comments.
