The barrel piece over the Groza grenade-launcher part is not actually a barrel but a tube, and you can't mount the supressor on the muzzle end of neither the grenade launcher and the flash hider w/ foregrip modules, and the reason is because they don't have a thread on the muzzle. So, it's incorrect in how they're potraying this gun on the game.

Changing some words in some files would make the little twobarrled friend a slot2 weapon.

Yep. LOL

I knew that was wrong!
I always thought it was weird.

Nah, you're fine!
You're right though, considering the Groza in the game is chambered for 9x39, and by the shape and depth of the magazine, it is a 20 round. I was speaking more from a FYI perspective.

I did some stuff and modded the mod to have the correct mag sizes (for my personal use), through the config folder and am happy.

The Groza actually does accept PSO-1 scopes, they just have a different mounting mechanism. It's a two second procedure to change the mounts. Also, the Groza is normally issued with all accessories: Barrels, Grenade Launcher, Sound and Flash Supressor integrated barrel, and magazines of various sizes. There are 30 round mags for the Groza. You can also get bolts/chambers/barrels for different calibers, such as 9x39, 5.45x39, and 7.62x45. Its a pretty neat gun, in all honesty!

Should I do a correct-myself vid with that info?
Note: Even if there are 30-round mags, the ones in the game are 20-rounders. You can tell by the shape and the depth.

In my Vanilla version of SHoC, it has a 20 round mag (Groza).

Correct. I wish OLP hadn't changed it. You can change it back without much hassle, but it shouldn't have to be done because it shouldn't have been changed in the first place. GSC had it right. Why change something that didn't need to be changed? This is also a problem in Clear Sky. GSC t0ok a lot of things that were great about ShoC and turned them backwards and upside-down in Clear Sky, making the gameplay tedious and counterintuitive. I've read the game was rushed, though.

The only game I've seen that actually changes the magazine dimensions based on upgrades is a French-developed title called "Bet On Soldier."
Stuff like pistols would start having magazines protruding out the butt of the gun the more bullets got in there. Rocket Launchers would start getting bigger and bigger ammo boxes, and so would the heavy gatling style machine guns (though it got silly once you started getting 750 rounds a box, or 75 rounds for assault rifles in a straight mag).
