Soldiers deployed in Todonyang, Somali border

As the government talks tough about its determination to counter any security threat posed by the Al Shabaab, on the ground Kenya's troops have already been deployed in a number of flashpoints. Cases of foreign aggression have been numerous in the recent past leading many to question the capability of Kenya's forces to defend the country's borders. More security personnel have now been deployed in Todonyang in Turkana County and along the Kenya Somali border. NTV's Yassin Juma joined an operation by the First Battalion of the Kenya Army, in Harhara Dobley, to asses just how ready our soldiers are to protect our sovereignty.

Somalis should wake up, and surpport all the foreign forces fighting the Alshabab thugs, distabalising the whole region. I believe there are so many somali refugees all over the world, and there are some learnt ones, shake those thugs, pirates, terrorists out of somali instead of surpporting them and yet you ran away from there so many years ago. Come out and make yo country peaceful,lovely. Somali is so good if there's stability. Look at all the beaches, its all money. Yo people are starving .
