Medical Malpractice is an issue all doctors worry about. Yet, studies show that when a doctor is honest with the patient, the risk of getting sued is less, even when serious events occur.

Unfortunately, these studies have limitations, as this case example shows in a 2 minute YouTube video.

  • very funny video....one of those conversations you don't want to have with your doctor!

  • My surgeon hide and lied about the surgery procedure. He cannot explained why my surgery underwent the laprascopy and traditional cutting. He refused my follow up appointment. From my medical record. I found out he was put me on his teaching attestation. He was not honest with his patient. Later, I also found out he had medical maplractice dead settlemtent in the state. Terrible and Horrible. I believed that I became malpractice victim.
