Medical Malpractice is an issue all doctors worry about. Yet, studies show that when a doctor is honest with the patient, the risk of getting sued is less, even when serious events occur.
Unfortunately, these studies have limitations, as this case example shows in a 2 minute YouTube video.

My surgeon hide and lied about the surgery procedure. He cannot explained why my surgery underwent the laprascopy and traditional cutting. He refused my follow up appointment. From my medical record. I found out he was put me on his teaching attestation. He was not honest with his patient. Later, I also found out he had medical maplractice dead settlemtent in the state. Terrible and Horrible. I believed that I became malpractice victim.
