Working on a prototype particular in high density resin at high speed.
Half pice in 2,39 minutes, so 5 mins to a complete 3D object

  • What is the acceleration capabilities of your machine?

    Looks like you are cutting butterboard there?

    Your machine I think is the best Gantry style CNC machine I have seen. It looks very rigid. Nice work!

  • I set acceleration rate on mach3 at:

    X 750 mm/sec2 > 29.5 inches/sec2

    Y 1250 mm/sec2 > 49.2 inches/sec2

    Z 1750 mm/sec2 > 68.8 inches/sec2
