my parents loved to go to the gospel programs,I got to see madam Cook when i was a little girl, she sang like an angle, that was the only time i can remember seeing her,i got to see a lot of the gospel greats growing up, I'm so glad I stopped in tonight this has been a real treat, thanks so much for posting Madam Cook n God bless.

Most Admired singer......AWESOME!! She was always consistent in style of singing....though she had a short life, she recorded consistently until her death. I shared her music with someone in their late 30s---they thought it had a blend of today's traditional gospel.
