Just curious, but you do know Shoot 'Em Up was a parody right? The way you brought it up made it look like you took the movie seriously.

Unless you meant that the action scenes are better than shoot 'em up, then forget what I said.

Also, is there something wrong with whatever you use to record? The audio in this one was pretty bad.

I know it's a parody, I'm just not sure it was an especially successful one. Just BEING a schlocky action movie doesn't mean you're commenting on them, and the cheezy gun-control message doesn't count. It's fun, but it's a train wreck - and the action scenes aren't even really THAT great.

You know if you do movie review you should do some game review other than just the typical all encompassing rants, which as still pretty funny.

Possibly, but here's the problem: It takes two hours to watch a movie for a review. Game reviews, I feel, you have to play through all or most of the game to really weigh in properly and I just am not in the financial or available-time situation to do that right now. It took me several MONTHS to get through Mario Galaxy an hour or so a night, for example.

Hmm alas this is the review that makes Bob sound really stupid. Among all those movies that came out (a lot of them SUCKEd) Hulk was the worst.

Even though the movie was mediocre, nothing special, it was still a hell of an entertaining movie. I thought the hilarious actor playing an actor playing an actor playing a character bit with the main character was really funny, too.

P.S.

Anyone who complains about how the movie wasn't enough like the comic, like with any other movie, needs to shut the fuck up. The team behind this movie can't please everyone with a complete comic adaption, or vice versa. There has to be a line drawn.

I liked this movie but also hate it for being nothing like the comic it's supposed to be based on. The comic was really good.

Also the reading binary out of threads or whatever was the stupidest thing ever.

I loved the hell out of this movie. I didn't even see the plot twist coming. Glad I took a film class this year to be less ignorant.

I guess if you've seen hardly any important movies, the more you will enjoy Wanted.

I will stand by my point that the human-based action is much better than the crappy kung-fu that looks like it came out of the Buffy the vampire slayer movie that is in The Dark Knight.
