@Echo2526 well to make the models dance you gotta have Miku Miku Dance, but if you just want to take clips and make dance videos like this. you use Youtube downloader, find dances you want to use, do a LOT of editing and add certain parts of the dance to a song using either Movie Maker or Sony Vegas
