Bioshock Demo Play-Through 1/4

I recored a video of me playing the Bioshock demo to demonstrate it to a few friends of mine who don't have a 360 or PC. This is actually my 3rd play though when the video of the 2nd attempt didn't come out right. I tried to look around to capture the details but kept moving to speed things along.

bioshock is a really awsome game

im getting it for christmas

but i need to know some things first

-what are the controls?

-how long does it take to download?

-is it worth my money?

-what are the system requirements
