Fallout 3 Evil Karma: Detonating Megaton

I decided to wander over to Tenpenny Tower to take advantage of Mr. Burke's offer, see some amazing fireworks, and get a house at level 2 (and fight my robot butler). Because of this early action (blowing up a town) I am now "very evil".

@MrBacco17 Probably, although it would depend on your distance, the bomb's power, etc. The first Atomic test in the White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico reportedly gave people over 15 miles away instant sunburn at NIGHT, and shattered windows in Albuquerque, NM, over 120 miles to the north.
