@TheAquila727 Was this an iPad or an iPad 2? If it can't restore from jailbreak hold down the power and home button for a few seconds so it can do a battery reset and it should be able to at least power on to restore

@nightriders92 Hi. Yes as the title says its only for iPad 2 or iPhone 4S running iOS 5. untethered means you don't have to keep jail breaking it if you restart the phone
