What is the role of these institutions in today's educational, social and cultural environment? Join us for a frank discussion with the leaders of our local HBCU's - Dr. Carolyn Meyers, President of Norfolk State University, Dr. Willie Gilchrist, Chancellor of Elizabeth City State University, and Dr. Joyce Jarrett, Provost of Hampton University
