NOT ONLY WAS IT FUCKED UP THAT THE OPERATOR ACTS RETARDED BUT WHEN THE WOMAN SAYS SHES GOING TO SHOOT THEN THE OPERATOR SAYS "CALM DOWN LETS NOT DO ANYTHING TO RASH HE MIGHT NOT KNOW YOUR HOME"..WTF? SOMEONE IS BREAKING INTO HER HOME SHE DOESNT KNOW WHAT HE PLAND TO DO.

That has got to be the most annoying, retarded 911 dispatcher in the history of forever. She was asking a bunch of unrelated questions with zero sympathy at all. She never asked if the woman had a gun and as he's breaking in the house she's asking her what kind of car he drives. She should have been coaching her on getting a gun if she had one and getting in a locked room. Where do they find these people?

Why can't there be a law requiring 911 operators to tell potential victims of their right to defend themselves, similar to to the Miranda law for bad guys. It's like, "be a victim, don't rock the boat."

@Coribec phones don't pick up on sounds very well once the decible rating goes up too far. You can hear a report but it's not going to sound like a real gunshot. More like a book dropping or a door slamming. It can only pick up so many decibles.

@chj2 Oh my favorite part is whey she says "im going to shoot" and the operator is like Oh lets not do anything rash. Its all bullshit. Lets let criminals walk all over us and hope the PoPo can catch him after he steals/rapes/kills her.

Believe me when I say I cannot emphasize the meaning of good timing more than when I quote her saying "I got one today".

why did it take so long for police to get there.. in my city they got 3 cops that is to stay within a mile of each area
What really sickens me to no end is when you hear the Woman screaming, the 911 operator is telling her "They're almost there". This is a clear cut example of WHY people should be able to take the law into their own hands.

I think those noises were her firing her weapon. She is a real hero. Saved taxpayers a shitload of cash.
