It looks female...

They become adult or sexually active at age two, and if you iggy turns a bit orange during the winter, and becomes a bit aggressive, then it's a male. The root of the tale will also become more thick if it's a male.

But I think it's a female, so you have to read about how she can lay her eggs... IF IT'S A FEMALE... cant say for sure. But it's my guess.

I was thinking about getting a snake , a corn snake or a ball python. Iguana's are very cool! there is a lot at the pet store where I live. Hopefully I will get one next year,christmas is coming up so I can't buy one of these beauty's right now. I hear they are hard work but I think I can manage taking full responsibility of one. I am studying these guys right now, So I can be prepared..

@EZAFINSANE most green iguanas are females here were i live there is two spreate names for the male and female iguanas females are iguanas and males are garobos and they are mostly black and grey or som time a light brown but if your iguana has every tried to bit you like opening its mouth when you flick it on the nose it means its a male but if not its a female thats pretty much it on how to ttell if there male or female

I once visited this thing how the show you lizards and iguanas and stuff and when he held it up it jumped onto my head probably cos I haz an afro and he finds it cosy :D
