Georgia Renaissance Festival, these wonderful musicians entertained us on a hot day. I think they called themselves... Cat & the Fiddle? Morris & the Cat? They were very good.

btw, that water you were crossing in jax to head to daytona? the Buckman Bridge across the St. Johns River. On your way there, you'd passed the navy base where I was born in '70 and the town (Orange Park) that was my home town 'til I was 14.
The scottish jig is Atholl Highlanders, and is a common pipe march and session tune, also used in highland dance competitions.
