As usual, great recipes! U know, for the garlic sauce, theres another one you can try: boil a mid sized potato,wait till it cools, mash it, add the garlic, the lemon, olive oil, salt, black pepper, some cumin(optional). U need to make it a bit runny, so add a bit of water. Then u can enjoy it! What do u think?

@dhanagarr Not sure what recipe they used, it depends on the region that they are from. I strongly suggest you try my recipe, it is a huge hit and super easy to make. Also you can buy the spices on my site and they're on sale now too :)

Dede your site is great,but i had chicken kabob in the mediterrenean shop,it had cumin ,turmeric but could not find other ingredients ,it was so yummy ,juicy ,please can you give me the recipe.

@bintlooda I bought it already ground up from my butcher but you can definitely do it yourself with boneless chicken breast :)
