Just look up, how to unlock wii here on youtube. You will find many videos for free. YOU CANNOT PLAY DVDS OR BACKUPS ON NEWER WII'S.

It's a scam. They don't give you anything you can't find in a couple minutes with Google, and the site hasn't been renewed anyways, so the owner probably doesn't care anymore.
