Initial Interrogation of Carolyn Barnes

Carolyn Barnes received a call from the Williamson County Sheriff's department that they had a warrant for her arrest. Carolyn didn't know what for, but surrendered herself on Tuesday, May 11, 2010. It was then that she learned that she had been charged with Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon of a public
servant. A search of her property found no shell casings, no handguns, no ammunition, no evidence of any kind. The evidence in the record shows Kathleen Gittel, the census worker, was sent to 33 Indian Trail, Carolyn lives at 419 Indian Trail.

I can assure you she is not dumb, nor stupid. She is thinking Dale Rye has set her up because the cops surrounded her house on Saturday evening, and she thinks they are fabricating some charge for that. She has absolutely no idea what they are doing there, and it takes a while for her consciousness to shift over to shooting at someone. Of course, she didn't so, that doesn't compute either.

Further, you cannot stumble onto Carolyn's property, it is absolutely impossible. I have another video showing that, but I'm having trouble posting it. It's 20 minutes long.

The fact is: Kathleen Gittel was NEVER at 419 Indian Trail. The fact is, Mike Scheffler, a DPS trooper, radioed the deputies on Indian Trail and told them to go all the way to the end, That's where Carolyn Barnes lives. "That explains it".  That's when it was determined, at 7:12:35 p.m. on May 8, 2010 that it was her

The police recovered nothing. No prints, no footprints, no shells, no ammo, no handguns of any kind. They didn't ever try to test her for gunshot residue because they knew the charge was bogus.

On line activists could call or write to John Bradley, the Williamson County DA and ask how they could charge Carolyn with a crime when the "census worker" was at 33 Indian Trail (where there is no house) and Carolyn lives at 419 Indian Trail.

She has two witnesses with whom she was meeting in Bastrop County. They have supplied an affidavit to the Williamson County prosecutor's office.

The reason this is on youtube is for exposure. This woman was claimed to have shot 5 shots in the air at a census worker who was on her property. It didn't happen, the census worker was never there, and after Barnes was arrested, this is when they informed her with what she was charged. Barnes has had no trial, the incident allegedly occurred May 8, 2010, her bond was revoked and she has spent more than 3 months in jail with no trial. It could happen to you.

@popacapnyoass I hope she sues them for false imprisonment, if they cops made a mistake they should pay for the inconvenience to her freedom. Obviously there is a bias against Carolyn. Why are they messing with her in the first place did her son get in trouble and she take up for him? In this day and age.. you can simply smart off to cops and be put on a list. Look at Antonio B.. he simply stood up because a young girl was being man handled and they said he spit on them Felony charges.

When is her trial? How is she doing? Are they forcing her to take medications? Does anybody get to see her to make sure she is not being abused?

The clown that is questioning Carolyn asks her 4 times "who is in your house?" Its obvious she dont know because she is sitting in the chair across from him. I first watched this video about 2 weeks ago and I thought the clown was stupid for repeatedly asking her that. But now after further review I believe he thinks she has someone living in her home that might resemble her. Like maybe a sister. And maybe he thinks Carolyn is covering for her. Either way, Carolyn is innocent.
