this looks like a very nice machine I have work with Pacific Bobst gluers they are very good but they don't print, you can do 4 & 6 corner boxes autobottom boxes etc, but no printing

we have a J & L folder glure that does all that. auto-locking bottons, auto fold-out trays, ets.. I dont run it though.

Thats a nice set-up on the machine its alot easier than ours your automatic feeder is nice and your counter ejector We have the 821 Langston at Smurfit Stone Container we have to hand feed up to 75" 275 test board and run the machine at a good rate,Would love to wrok on one like your looks alot easier!

yeah, the counter ejector kicks ass, prefeeders are allways nice too. Hand feeding sucks, I feel for you and your crew.

lol yea i get tired fo makin and lookin at boxes all day!! lol at the end of my day...i kick em too lol!! they shoud buy this machine were i work at!!........i didnt see anyone feed or a stacker?????

Awesome!, I don't think I seen those machines jam up once. Very smooth and effecient as the boxes were auto folded. I guess all anyone has to do is set up the machine and watch. I ran a sticther and stacked on a taper/gluer where we had to fold the boxes by hand in many cases running the boxes through twice if it was a two piece. second pass was a bit easyer though unless we had to break it to make it come out stright. Sometimes I had to run boxes crooked to get them to come out stright & even

I miss the paper business....I miss my corrugator I really do....Ive work for Smurfit stone Malt then International Paper Vernon CA ...and both plants where ive been were shut down...

i work on a texo flexo(italy) 3 col printer rotary die cutter /slotter can do 12.500 per hr any tray and upto 2.5 long and 12.35cm without skip feed we also have a j+l for crash lock /trays /straight line etc good video though keep it up
