English fiddler John Dipper, at lunch time recital. University of Limerick. The first tune was written by John for Morris OffSpring's 'On English Ground' tour back in 2006 and is called 'Dapple and Dobbin' and will be on the next English Acoustic Collective album. The second tune is Kennington Jig, also written by John and is on the first EAC album 'Ghosts'

I think I recognise that fiddle.I am sure it's my dad's English fiddle which I gave to John. Fiddles, violins and other instruments are made for playing and am delighted that John is playing it with such enthusiasm.
