  • In supination (palm up) the 'bump' is the styloid process. In pronation (palm down), the bump is the head of ulna.

    Excellent video's! I have directed my students to them. One point - you show the 'ulna styloid process' on the posterior aspect of the wrist - but the 'bump' you point to is not the styloid, it's the head of unla (because the ulna does not rotate as you pronate your hand - so the syloid is now deep)

  • Hey.. wow, i was sure that was the ulnar styloid. I've seen the ulna, and i was told that the little bump on the posterior of its head was the styloid process.. i guess i should double-check that. Thanks. Bye.
