This is a better instruction than many medical professors haha
In supination (palm up) the 'bump' is the styloid process. In pronation (palm down), the bump is the head of ulna.

Hi Walid,
Excellent video's! I have directed my students to them. One point - you show the 'ulna styloid process' on the posterior aspect of the wrist - but the 'bump' you point to is not the styloid, it's the head of unla (because the ulna does not rotate as you pronate your hand - so the syloid is now deep)

Hey.. wow, i was sure that was the ulnar styloid. I've seen the ulna, and i was told that the little bump on the posterior of its head was the styloid process.. i guess i should double-check that. Thanks. Bye.
