The new edition of Robin Landas Advertising by Design is on the horizon, and we are opening up the cover design to students! Wouldnt this be a nice addition to your portfolio should your design be chosen? If you purchase only one book on advertising, that would be a damn shame -- seriously, Robin's book is THE book on advertising. Period. That phrase, "she wrote the book on advertising" was based on Robin and her textbook. A great opportunity for someone to launch one's design career: go for it. So many ad students will see your work. It's an honor to teach advertising using this textbook. It would be an even bigger honor to design the winning cover art. Again, go for it.

Robin's book is one of the best books I've ever read and used to help young creative students understand the ad biz. A must read!
