Quoted from the North Channel Sentinel: First and foremost, I want to thank God, Ochoa said. He gave me the opportunity to be in this position. I also thank my family, friends and supporters. It really means a lot that they stood with me during the campaign. Now, I have the opportunity to make a difference in this community. I spent the last two and a half months going door to door finding out what the issues were in the community. Their concerns did not fall on deaf ears. I am here to be pro-active and will help to resolve those issues.
