@kirstle81 Sorry to nitpick but this is not correct. True we are British, not English, but we are not a part of the United Kingdom. To quote wikipedia "The Crown Dependencies are British possessions of the Crown, as opposed to overseas territories of the UK.[74] They comprise the Channel Island Bailiwicks of Jersey and Guernsey in the English Channel, and the Isle of Man in the Irish Sea. Being independently administered jurisdictions, none forms part of the United Kingdom"
