The guy who wrote this surprisingly good song is named Jamie DeFrates. He actually made a career scoring film and won a couple Emmy awards. He has a website you can find if you Google him.

@CASTR0VANIA Thanks for the info! After your comment I decided to investigate and discovered that it's also available on iTunes. Search for "World War Two Boy" by Jamie DeFrates. iTunes is also selling it for 99 cents. Yay! My long wish of having a clean copy is finally realized.
