Is it okay if we drink a protein shake instead of shakeology, because i can't order it. I don't have a credit card yet.

You can compare the ingredients of Shakeology with another brand. You won't find the exact same things but you may find enough to tide you over. But I recommend you get Shakeology as soon as you can. It's worth the expense!

how often did you drink the shakeology? doing turbofire and drinking shakeology once a day sometimes 2 if i can't get a meal in...great video very inspiring!

I've been drinking shakeology once a day for the past 6 months. I love it!!!! I haven't had it more than once a day yet but the other day I decided to keep a packet in my purse for those times where I am on the go and do not want to attempt to eat healthy at a fast food restaurant. Just got the greenberry in yesterday and I'm trying it today. My husband had it this morning and liked it.
