This is not exactly a tutorial, but more of a "watch how fast and easy it is to get similar results". You could follow along and get the same exact results. Maybe I will add annotations later to explain certain parts.

To me, because of the nearly identical look and feel and the ease at which it was created, it shows that the lights on the original UFO video are not real... I think the lights would look MORE REAL if they were real, but obviously they just look CGI to me.

-update-

Just so you know, yes I could have done this in less than a minute if I wanted. But I wasn't trying to race... I was trying to visually show certain things, such as the lens flare, and the feathering of the circle to make a fake light glare, so I was playing with the settings for those who have never even heard or seen Adobe After Effects before, so they can see what it all looks like.

  • This only proves YOU know how to RE-CREATE and HOAX a Ufo Video. It has no Logic reasoning as to proving the video is a fake.

That is like saying a Mcdonalds Burger is fake just because you have 3 slices of bread you bought from the store along with meat and lettuce.

  • @rainemanpk2 it's hard to dismiss as a hoax, because it's not a hoax.

  • The flash in the move is creating in moment of recording and not by computer !

  • @OVNISHUNTER No it is not too much work... All they did was reflections on the dome. None of the lights on the ground are special in any way. All the lights and shadows on the ground already existed in the original RGB values of the video, they just increase the brightness, contrast, and added other filters (which is automatic for some lighting effects) and it created the effect of "lots of work" that you think it took. All of it is simple and FAKE. IT IS AN OBVIOUS FRAUD TO THOSE THAT KNOW.

  • @OVNISHUNTER Yes, I know, the original creator of the video used more than one technique. There are literally 100 ways to recreate the video's lighting effects, and in this video I show the most simple way in only a few minutes. I was not trying to recreate it. With a little more time, lets say an hour, I could do so much more and you wouldn't even be able to tell the difference.

  • @OVNISHUNTER Yes, I showed how easy it was to get nearlly identical results in just a few minutes. Give me a few hours, or even a week, who knows how long the original hoaxers had, and I can do every effect you can imagine. In all honesty, I can recreate the original video in a couple hours. So all you are talking about is hogwash.

  • @HOAXKiller1 : I work with 3D Animation programs (MAYA, Studio Max), as AE, Premiere, Auto CAD, etc, etc.

This is either a 3D Animation masked into a 2D Dynamic background layer, then of course taken into the 2D Editors for further edits, or it is completely Real, my friend.

3D creation of nearest objects to be linked to the UFO lights, Dome, walls, some point lights, etc and the UFO, then masked to the Dynamic back through Alpha channels.

Too much work to create all this to get just a few hits.

  • @HOAXKiller1 :This video contains much more than just a flash and a lens flare, there are 3D Wrapped-Animated reflection-shadows over the Dome Volume, there are "ambient lighting" surrounding the UFO.

There are rotating lights around the center light of the UFO...

There is a zero change transformation at departure time of the Object (UFO), it becomes a vertical ellipse from being a horizontal one.

  • @HOAXKiller1 : You have recreated a 2D Flashing strobe light, but still it does not creates -It would never do-3D Effects, or a reflection on the Dome separately, or create a shadow area behind 3D Objects affected by it, nor a "3D shadow profile" either.

2D Lights shine the whole 2D picture-layer without the recognition of 3D objects like a real 3D Light would.

  • truth is people can replicate any video - real or fake.. but that doesnt mean its a hoax

  • Nicely done. As a digital artist myself, I can appreciate the pointers. Thank you.
