@JTC31290 I agree. The game is also being ruined by all this overkill of concern for protecting players from injury. It's FOOTBALL for cryin' out loud! The pussification of the NFL is happening right before our eyes and the game suffers for it. I agree with the helmet to helmet rule but good grief! If the NFL was serious about protecting these players from injury they would mandate that all stadiums use GRASS and not half-inch thick astro turf spread over asphalt!

@macmusic08 Also, I wish the NFL would get rid of the freaking TUCK RULE. Tom Brady's rule. That is the most ass backwards rule ever. Oh, he did his arm in a throwing motion so it's not a fumble. Okay... since when does a QB pretend like he's throwing the ball and then straight at the ground? Shouldn't THAT be intentional grounding? NO, the player CLEARLY knocks it out. The NFL is so wacky today.

@macmusic08 Yeah, I'm ready for the day when the NFL decides to make a new rule where icing the kicker is NOT aloud. It's just getting way out of control. Timeouts should not be aloud once the field goal unit is set. A FG block is a simple enough play, there's really no logic to it. "Oh wait, let me call timeout tell my line to push harder and block". Yeah right. Yeah, the NFL should definitely make a new special teams rule.
