Who are you talking about? The only persons who fit that description are multi-national corporations and the US gov.

By a vote of 87-1, the Senate set the reward for the killing or capture, or information leading to the capture, of the mastermind of the September 11 attacks on the U.S.A. Shortly after the September 11 attacks, President Bush said he wanted bin Laden caught, dead or alive. Bin Laden, is thought to be hiding in a region along the Afghanistan-Pakistan border.

There are boycotts by Shiite lawmakers loyal to anti-American cleric Muqtada al-Sadr. President Bush supports U.S. troops remaining in Iraq & getting the job done!
