  • Hey SpreadTheRev, most of my Lib friends think I'm crazy too. They live in this fantasy world that Obama is the massiah, and can do no wrong.

  • at mja, Keep at them. I've woken up several of my lib friends. Hell I used to be one of them!

  • yup it's scary that they can paint a group with one brush defined by others that have become "radicalized" to insane actions/activity.

It sort of neutralizes any possible protest as more of a threat than a reasoned disagreement in policy/decision making in government.

But.... I think enough people are on the same page in regards to 'tea party' that individuals that perpetrate criminal acts are understood to be fringe, as with right to lifers... or even PETA and some environmentalist nuts.

  • at Atoyota, I think you're right. SO many people realize that the government isn't looking out for them. The amount that realize that are staggering compared to those in the true fringe groups.

  • I mean i like this guy...He's being honest..And it doesnt hurt tht he's Hott as hell..To Bad he's straight..

  • at cranberyy, LOL, yep, sorry, I prefer the female humans. =D

  • Hey thanks rev...Jus catchin up here...Sweet clip...Yea Chris is a total statist...I use to like him, but man is he out there in the either..You knw who i hate the most..Tht Rachel Madeow...Man listen to the shit she says..She pisses me off all the time...

  • IMO, I don't think that hit piece would come across as strange to someone not in the know...at first I was expecting something on the caliber of the MIAC report! Haha...but they are definitely making a clear effort to draw some broad based connections to the tea party movement

  • it's also my point that media alarmists won't influence the gathering sentiment against corruption in both government and banking.

Look at Iceland... they refuse to pay down the debt incurred by fraudulent financial practices.

Tea party people are fighting to head off exactly that type of consequence, as well as others associated with big government and bureaucracy... not to mention loss of constitutional rights and freedoms.

A return to sanity so to speak, not insane government..

  • Me too! Thanks for your reply. Mike in CO.

  • at iwuz, well they try too...but it's just so absurd! I can't believe as many people believe this as they do other things. At least I hope not...

  • at nyjbarnes, yes, I've slowly realized how true this is. We're conditioned to accept EVERYTHING we're told from authorities and it works way too well on some people.

  • at chatting, WOW is right.
