The UP Beta Sigma Fraternity of Southern California Chapter, in cooperation with the Canada Chapter, the Federation, SOCSKSARGEN Chapters, Davao Chapter, Cotabato City Chapter, and in partnership with the Tacurong City Local Gov't., Sultan Kudarat Medical Society, and Notre Dame Tacurong College, held the 2nd Tito de Santos Memorial Medical & Dental Mission last Feb. 27 - March 02, 2008 at the Notre Dame of Tacurong College Gymnasium , Tacurong City, Sultan Kudarat Province.
The medical/dental uplift was headed by Dr. Frank Mamaril, GP of the UP Beta Sigma Fraternity Alumni Chapter of Southern California, alongside Federation President Sonny Pagador. Sis Viching de Santos, wife of the late Tito de Santos, also joined this mission. Bing Garcia, Dr. Raschid Chin, together with the rest of the Cotabato brothers hosted the project while Art De Vera of Canada Chapter was in charge of the medicine procurement from Health Partners International of Canada (HPIC) and its safe delivery to the mission.
