i really prefer regular squatting over front squatting i dont think personally it feels good at all for ur arms to be in that type of position

Try squat for 4 sets of 6 moving up by 5 lbs for each set(on the last 2 sets, if u get more than 3, move the weight up), then drop weight and front squat, all for 6 reps and 5 lbs more than the previous (same weight increase)

@scorpio1066 -- also, back squats use more "back" muscles. Back squats and front squats are exceptional exercises for the core and lower body; however as nikkonaa has already stated, front squats are more quad dominant and involve the glutes less.

hello ther, I have did too many squats but my back doesnt want to get back to normal nor to recover,
my injury was meduim, i hurt my back, but i didnt use too much weights, i can walk, run everything, its been 13 days, help plez, and if i do the bench press and other chest workouts, will i further the injury,
