  • Hello, Im am interested in this method, but where can I get this computer program you are using? Thank you. Nice video.

  • @Telly187 You can use any pgn-reader for this method. For example Chessbase Light, Fritz, or Rybka.

  • Manjnu, I'm only ten minutes in, but...

if a4 f4; e4 dxe; Bxe4 Nf5, why not another pawn push to d5? It looks like you got enough to hold it there. If Ne7, returning to attack the pawn, another pawn push to d6 with tempo. If Rd8, then Rfd1. And if cxd then Bxd4+ and you have gotten rid of the weak pawn, and with check. Am I just not seeing far enough?

  • @balanceseeker Hi, good idea. I didn't look at that option.

  • @tensaihairgorilla thanks!

  • @kruddy88 please never laugh at someones mistakes.

  • What is your rating?

  • Thanks, this was wonderful. I'm going to try it.

  • why not start out with g3? You give luft for the king (so later no back rank mates) you prevent f4 and you put your pawn on a dark square (opposite of your bishop) which is usually good. Then black has to come up with a plan.

  • @Majnu2006 Thank you sir!

  • I was very worried about f3. I ama very cautious player, kind of defensive, and maybe thats why I found the position very dificult to play as white. Then I thought White should just take f4 and continue with his plan on the queen side.

  • thank you for posting this video! ICC is indead a great program to develop your chess skills, it is very helpfull for people who doesnt have ICC to watch this video.
