cool looking charade, Dont think its best suited to dragracing. seems a bit slow, ive seen mid 12sec commodore (I hate commo's) that only owe the owner 4k

Ive not been back to the drags other than that 1 time. This car is built for circuit racing, not drag racing. Too many mods to list. Running about 135KW a the wheels though.

whats your best time with what for mods? i mod my charade too, since januar 2009 it stand in the garage and i build build build (with big brakes by building). my wish is a 13,5 on 1/4 strip.
with kkk03s, 65mm exhaust from turbo, megasquirt ecu, 45mm throttle, big llk, toyo R888 and and and...the last joker they i have is a limedet slip,but its not good for the gearbox. i hope i can drive 2011 ;)

They are PIAA rims of some sort that I picked up cheap. Nothing fancy!

when your shifting into 2nd, your bogging down bigtime, feather first abit more, and shift into 2nd split second before the limiter. 'do try it'.

Definitely not designed for drag - we built it as a circuit car. Its lack of traction made it very slow off the line. We sold this car last year and are building its sucessor at present - that is also a circuit car but will be a LOT quicker down the 1/4 mile as its 4WD :-)
