I found a DVD which was entitled "The Best of Broadway Musicals" which covers much of the 1940s and 1950s and relates to stars performing on the Ed Sullivan Show. Ethel Merman, Gwen Verdon, Julie Andrews and, among others, Celeste Holm singing this in full. It is Zone 1 only, but I heartily recommend it, if for no other reason than to see Celeste Holm at her very best.

As a Brit. of a younger generation I first came across Celeste Holm in the film High Society (like many people I suspect) and was immediately taken by her warm personality and naturally relaxed acting ability (not as easy as it looks by any means). Then you look at her biography and see her "musicals", T.V. and Theatre background. She will be most fondly remembered by many around the world I suspect, although not everyone will perhaps know her by name but more by her charismatic presence. RIP
