Just a short distance away from the hustle and bustle of U.S. 19 in New Port Richey is an oasis of sun, fun and relaxation

It's called the Robert K. Rees Memorial Park. On the Gulf of Mexico about two miles on Green Key Road from New Port Richey, Florida.

One can choose which path they want to travel when they get there to fun, sun or simply relaxing.
A couple enjoys a leisurely stroll in the water. A seagull is one of the many birds vistitors will see at the park.
Bird lovers might get a glance at one of many birds in the park. A 650-foot boardwalk leads visitors through the
mangroves to a two-story observation deck. One can enjoy the salty air and beautiful water views from the observation deck.
A little piece of pristine Florida can be enjoyed from above on the boardwalk. The mangroves and wetlands seem to go on for miles.
Then there is the beach and the picnic areas.

There are two videos I made when we were there two days ago. It's a fun place. The first video is called: Green Key Beach Park - Nature Trail, The second video is called The Beach at Green Key Beach Park. Be sure to see them both.
