@MeerEarthlings i weigh 200 lbs im 5'2 and do what i do push pause catch ur breath wipe of the galloon of sweat dripping and push play again other than that keep it up

I would define p90x plyometrics as setting your legs on inextinguishable fire- it burns!!!!

@lessen1 No, Two different workout DVDs. Cardio X is a combination of Plyometrics, Core, Kenpo.

I just did the p90x plyometrics workout and boy did it kick my ass. I tried pushing myself through it but ultimately I gave up because my form kept dropping. I'm 5'8" about 125 pounds. Would anyone recommend any tips that would help me last longer in the workout, maybe a supplement, or something... Umm I'm not going to give up though. Gonna' continue on!

@MeerEarthlings This is just a super tough workout. You can check our site extremely-fit(dot)com for the P90X Recovery Formula, this combined with a good diet will help you recover from the workout faster. Don't get me wrong, you will still be sore, but it will help. I'm glad you are going to continue on, this will help too! Good luck!

i dont really want to run faster or jump higher i want bigger lower body muscles can i skip this plyo x or do i really have to do the hole p90x program

@142vids I usually recommend that everyone follow the program 100% first time through. That way you can see what kind of results you get using just the program with no modifications. After you complete the first round, make adjustments based on your results.
