@stripes5150 - Well I can't take the credit for it since someone showed me how to do it a VERY LONG time ago. I couldn't guess whether this bug was "leaked" or if it was entirely random. It's possible someone just left the game to eat knowing they were in a safe spot then came back on shot the other two then realized something was wrong [or RIGHT] when they stopped shooting.

@stuuk1958 It should work on ANY system. I have yet to find one that it does not work on and I have tested several. Have fun!

You could not do the "enemy stop firing" trick for a Twin Galaxies game. They banned that trick.

LOL I remember this trick! We learned it from some friend of a friend back in the 80's and it got so popular the Arcade owner had to make a "NO cheat" rule for the game, if he caught a kid doing it he'd throw us out... LMAO

A little more Info: This trick will work with just 1 bee also(must be from the left side as indicated) This Trick was published in June issue of Joystick Magaine in 1981. How do I know? I still have the issue. I also know tricks for Donkey Kong Jr. and Joust. Yes. I'm one of the old guys LOL!

I can't believe I forgot this part of my life. I played this at the arcade back in 82 too many times. It was my only vice. It gave me so much joy to get 2 ships. This brings back alot of emotion and makes me cry so hard. i spent all these quarters and my mom just gave them to me. She was so giving to me. Thanks for posting.
